Demand Generation Manager

Hi there!

We’re looking for an exceptional Demand Generation Manager with expertise in running demand generation activities and channels. You will work on one of our top initiatives and should be comfortable helping to shape strategy and prioritize efforts.

This role will lead a group of cross-functional marketers to build a strong role-based presence, leading to signups and activation. This is a new area of growth that is resourced to make an enormous impact on our marketing playbook and business objectives. You’ll work heavily with content marketing to create a content journey that pushed leads to self-serve and build filters and pathways to push larger opportunities to our sales team. 

You’ll report to the Sr. Mgr, Demand Generation, and work together to open new lead generation channels, build roadmaps, launch integrated campaigns, prioritize efforts, and create/communicate this vision throughout the org. Your goal will be to create an easy path to self-serve and a strong pipeline of leads to our sales team.

About You

  • You have 6+ yrs of driving demand generation across multiple channels.
  • You have deep experience working with SMBs and understand their unique challenges and buying processes.
  • You know how to capture insights and use them to build lead scoring and content.
  • You understand the difference between driving to self-serve versus to a sales team.
  • You’re able to translate market insights into an integrated marketing campaign.
  • You know how to optimize lead quality based on feedback loops with sales and ops.
  • You’re innovative and expansive by nature and have opened several different new lead gen channels that have proven successful.
  • You’re data-driven and know how to drive and measure impact with a team.
  • You’re a problem solver at heart and know how to move things forward with limited resourcing or roadblocks.
  • You’re committed to being an awesome teammate. You work with appropriate urgency but are able to motivate cross-functional teams with your passion and vision.

 

 What you’ll do

  • Manage a cross-functional team of marketers with a focus on role-based marketing campaigns.
  • Own lead and signup goals that lead to revenue and activation.
  • Help create and refine our strategic vision and roadmap, working with key stakeholders to create some of our first instances in demand gen.
  • Be a strong partner to Marketing Ops on lead scoring and nurtures
  • Work with our project managers to scale effort, prioritize projects and ensure the cross-functional team has what they need to perform.
  • Build dashboards that clearly communicate performance and communicate these in business reviews and manager 1:1s 
  • Communicate learnings and find ways to scale wins.

The Whole Package

Location: Remote - Americas

Our distributed environment lets us work with the best people. You don't have to be located in the USA either. Some team members live in the United Kingdom, Thailand, India, Nigeria, Taiwan, Guatemala, New Zealand, Australia, and more! You just need the skills and drive to succeed in this role and the ability to work from anywhere.
